Most of the time in Athens, I was involved in preparing meals for various NGOs and simply for people who needed this food. From time to time, I would visit the library, where I could always find nice company, read books, and play the piano. Once every two weeks, we went to a school where we held workshops for teenagers on topics that interested them. Of course, I didn't miss the opportunity to participate in cultural activities.
A lot has changed in six months, a lot has been found and lost, but what I gained
in Athens is priceless.
Incredible friendships, sunny days, people who devote themselves to supporting others, a sense of home, and, of course, an experience that can only be gained by leaving everything behind and taking a risk.
