ENG: The training course, "Community Art for Civic Engagement and Social Change (ComAS)", was held from June 24 to July 2, 2024.

🎨 Our participants led 10 incredible workshops at the @waldorfeszt festival, including:
They also introduced festival-goers to the Erasmus+ programs, spreading knowledge and opportunities!
📚 By the end of the project, we compiled all workshop materials into a comprehensive document, ready to be shared and utilized by youth workers across various countries.

Nastja: “The most valuable part was the exchange of experiences during workshop creation and implementation. The supportive atmosphere and openness were remarkable. This is why I love Erasmus+ trainings and projects, and this one was definitely among the most memorable for me."
Gagik: "The project was a bit out of my comfort zone, but only when leaving our comfort we can learn. Thus, I have learned a lot through this project: how to express myself and have fun doing it, how to let go and be in the moment, and how to appreciate the people and the environment around you.
I have also developed my skills in presenting Erasmus+ to people who have absolutely no experience with international youth projects."

ENG: From August 5th to 13th, the vibrant city of Timișoara, Romania, was buzzing with creativity and passion as it hosted the transformative training course "ComAs: Community Arts for Civic Engagement and Social Change." As a team of five from Estonia, we had the incredible opportunity to join 20 participants from five other countries in this remarkable KA2 project under the Erasmus+ program. Guided by the vision of FITT and Ctrl+V, we discovered how the arts can be a powerful catalyst for social change. 🖌

ENG: 🌍This August, we had the pleasure of hosting 25 participants from Estonia, Romania, Spain, Hungary, and Greece in Tallinn, Estonia, for an incredible week of the "ComAs: Community Arts for Civic Engagement and Social Change" project. As the hosts, we at IZUM, along with Ctrl+V as coordinators, were thrilled to be part of this impactful Erasmus+ KA2 initiative. 💕
Throughout the week, we dove into a variety of creative workshops, exchanged ideas, and explored how community-driven art can spark social change. A highlight of the experience was our participation in the Kunstikompott festival in Viljandi, where we brought our art projects to the heart of the local community, creating connections that were both inspiring and meaningful. Another unforgettable moment was delivering workshops during the "Nasha Tema" period at a suburban camp. Huge thanks to all the young people who joined and made it so special! 💫
This Erasmus+ KA2 project never ceases to inspire us. It consistently demonstrates how art can be a powerful tool for civic engagement and a bridge between cultures. Each time we come together, we not only grow as individuals but also strengthen our capacity as youth workers in our home countries.
The week was an amazing experience, made even better by the incredible people we had the chance to work with. We are deeply grateful for the time spent together, the lessons learned, and the memories created. We can’t wait for the next adventure! 🌟🎉

In August, we had the pleasure of hosting 25 participants from Estonia, Romania, Spain, Hungary, and Greece in Tallinn, Estonia, for another incredible week of the "ComAs: Community Arts for Civic Engagement and Social Change" project. This time, we at IZUM were the hosts, and Ctrrl+V took on the role of coordinators in this fantastic Erasmus+ KA2 project.
Throughout the week, we worked together on a variety of creative workshops, exchanged ideas, and explored the power of community through the arts. One big moment was our participation in the Kunstikompott festival in Viljandi, where we brought art into the heart of the local community and connected in a truly meaningful way. But the outstanding moment that we will never forget was the workshops we delivered in the Nasha Tema period at the suburban camp. Big thanks to all the youngsters who participated!!
This Erasmus+ KA2 project never fails to inspire us. It shows how art can be a tool for social change and a bridge between people from different backgrounds. Each time we come together, we learn, grow, and create memories that strengthen us as youth workers in our respective countries.
