CAMP PERIOD COORDINATOR
Age: 18+
A person with experience in youth work. Mandatory requirement a Partial Youth Worker Certificate – Level 6 (or Level 4/5 with relevant work experience). Strong motivation to create, take initiative, and implement ideas in practice.
EDUCATOR / MAIN GROUP COUNSELOR
Age: 18+
A person with experience in youth work. Mandatory requirement a Partial Youth Worker Certificate – Level 4, 5, or 6.
CAMP COUNSELOR
Age: 16+
Completion of an internship/practical placement within the “Youth Worker Preparatory Course” at the IZUM Training Centre and possession of a certificate confirming completion of the programme.
INTERN / TRAINEE
Age: 15+
A student completing an internship within the “Youth Worker Preparatory Course” at the IZUM Educational Centre and holding a certificate confirming completion of the programme.
Age: 18+ A university student completing a compulsory or voluntary internship.
VOLUNTEER
Age: 16+
A person willing to contribute to the camp, learn, and interact with children and young people. Volunteers do not receive a salary.
The camp provides accommodation and meals for volunteers.
TRAINER / CLUB LEADER / INSTRUCTOR
Age: 18+
A specialist in a specific field, ready to work within the framework of recreational, educational, and developmental activities (e.g. photographer, artist, musician, etc.).
TECHNICAL STAFF
COOK
Age: 18+
A person with relevant vocational or applied education and experience working in children’s institutions. A valid medical certificate for kitchen work and completed food hygiene training are mandatory. Working hours: 10 hours per day
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Age: 18+
A person assisting the cook (e.g. vegetable preparation, dishwashing).

DOCTOR
Age: 20+
A person with medical education and relevant professional experience. Working hours: irregular
