On Sunday, April 6th, the Estonian participants — Sophia Nicole, Inessa, and Artjom — held an inspiring training session for 21 youth workers as part of the “Training of Youth Workers on the Entrepreneurial Method” project.
The session took place in an engaging, hands-on format: participants didn’t just listen, they actively tested new tools and methods themselves. The team shared how to present the topic of entrepreneurship and communication in a simple, youth-friendly way, introduced fresh methods, energizers, and practical exercises.
Special focus was placed on teamwork and non-verbal communication — both essential in entrepreneurial practice. Together, they explored what makes a good entrepreneur, discussed the key qualities, and examined why entrepreneurial competence is becoming increasingly important today — not only for young people but for youth workers as well.
The training also highlighted opportunities through Erasmus+: the team shared their own experiences, explained the benefits of participation, and guided attendees on how to get involved.
Participants reflected on meaningful questions like: What does it mean to be entrepreneurial? and What skills are essential for today’s youth workers?
Based on the feedback, participants left with a clearer understanding of entrepreneurship and one of the 8 key competencies — the entrepreneurial competence. The atmosphere was energetic, friendly, and motivating — the perfect setting for personal growth and fresh inspiration.
Another valuable step towards fostering empowered, entrepreneurial-minded youth!
