FOR SCHOOLS
We offer schools the opportunity to organize class meetings, joint projects, breaks, and events with the help of our youth workers.
How to organize an event?
Our youth workers visit your school to discuss topics of interest and importance with students. We also offer social skills development programmes tailored individually for each class in collaboration with the class teacher or coordinator.
If you wish, we can also attend an informational meeting to present the activities of our youth organization and the IZUM Education and Development Center (ages 13+).
Programmes for classes/schools:

  • Team Building Games
    For whom: Grades 1–12

We conduct various team-building activities for youth, ideal for enhancing class harmony and developing teamwork skills. These active sessions allow students to reflect on their role in a team, gain new experiences, and explore teamwork stages through engaging methods.
  • Informational Meeting on International Opportunities, Projects, and Volunteering
    For whom: Grades 8–12

During the meeting, students will receive information about various international opportunities—working, volunteering, studying, participating in projects, and more.
  • First Steps in the World of Careers
    For whom: Grades 9–12

Through an interactive meeting with our youth workers, we help you take the first steps toward a successful future—or even your present!
    What’s included:
    - An interactive course on creating resumes and cover letters.
    - Examples of successful resumes and templates to adapt.
    - Career path selection tips and future planning.
    - Webinars and workshops on communication skills and interview preparation.

  • Idea Lab
    For whom: Grades 9–12

Duration: 1) A single 2-hour workshop, "How to Write Your First Project."
    2) Idea Lab (a full school day, 6–7 hours).
    - "How can I bring my ideas to life? How do I write my first project? Where can I find funding for my ideas?"
These questions will be addressed in the Idea Lab! The format includes a space for students to generate ideas for future projects (local or international), with guidance and brainstorming support from experienced youth workers. By the end of the lab, students will gain knowledge of local and international opportunities, learn the basics of project planning, and try their hand at writing projects.
EUROCLASSES (available in Estonian and Russian)
Euroclasses is a Eurodesk project aimed at raising awareness of European opportunities. All sessions are designed for young people and are based on non-formal education methods.
These sessions are purely informational and provide a space for sharing fundamental knowledge about European topics such as volunteering and working abroad, exploring new horizons, and discussing social challenges.
The sessions are conducted by youth workers and trainers from organisations that are Eurodesk members.
