OUR VOLUNTEERS
  • Lena Gusseva
    Volunteers club coordinator
To me, volunteering isn’t just an activity—it’s a way of life. You dedicate yourself to what sparks joy in you because, above all, it brings happiness to us too. At the same time, I find it crucial to create a safe space for young people so their eyes can light up with the same passion. Together, we can make this world a little better.
  • Nastja Leontjeva
    ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
When I joined the volunteer club three years ago, I never imagined it would become so important to me. Thanks to our club, I’ve gained incredible experience, met wonderful people, and realized how vital our work is—and how much I love helping. The volunteer club isn’t just about good deeds—it’s about experiences, people, and memories that stay with you for a long time.
  • Alina Kovalenko
For me, being part of the volunteer club means belonging to a team ready to help and support whenever needed. Through volunteering, I’ve gained vast experience and countless connections. To me, volunteering is about helping those in need—but it’s also a way to grow my own skills.
  • Varvara Prokhorova
The volunteer club is a place united by our desire to help and do good. We’re like one big family here—always supportive, understanding, and inspiring. Volunteer meetups are filled with warmth, friendship, and fresh ideas. For me, being part of the club means creating kindness together and seeing how even small acts bring joy.
  • Emilia Timina
The volunteer club is like a second family to me. Being a volunteer is incredibly cool, especially when you see genuine joy and gratitude in the eyes of those you help. These emotions are incomparable. Thanks to the club, I’ve tried different roles, attended countless exciting events, and met amazing people. It’s an experience that changes you and stays with you forever.
  • Grete Jakobson
Being part of the volunteer club is more than just helping—it’s about knowing you’re not alone, that there are others who care too. It’s about sincere smiles, warm words of thanks, and moments when you realize: even small acts of kindness can change the world. Volunteering teaches me to be more attentive to life, to feel more deeply, and to cherish moments. This isn’t just a club or an activity—it’s part of me, part of my soul.

Edik: "I like it when volunteers come, talk to us, listen to me, everyone watches what we're doing here. I like to show them my work and tell them what I can do and can do."

Masha: "I like it when volunteers come, because it's nice to talk to them, to learn about their hobbies. And when I listen about their hobbies, I somehow think, maybe I should take them up too.. But no, my love for singing won't let me go."

Sasha: "I like it when volunteers come. It's always nice to talk to them and give myself hope that there are good people. Because now people aren't that good often."

  • Charity Foundation

On behalf of the charity organization we would like to thank Izum Youth Club for their incredible help in organizing our events and activities.

Together we held such cool events and activities as "Heart Notepad" for Friend's Day, the annual "Gnomes" campaign to collect gifts for children from foster homes and low-income families, the annual event for children from foster homes "Christmas Holiday", the day of open cafes in the Sikupilli-Mayak area and charity fairs. Thanks to the support of the club, these events became not just events, but real holidays for children and families who especially need it.

I would especially like to note how great the Christmas holiday was for children from foster homes. The club not only helped with the organization, but also created an atmosphere of real magic for the children, giving them a lot of positive emotions and joyful moments. And the day of open cafes in Sikupilli-Mayak became a great opportunity for everyone to meet, chat and support each other.

We cannot help but mention the bright, active and beautiful volunteers of Izum Youth Club, who with their enthusiasm and kindness really create magic around. These guys are real heroes, they are always smiling, ready to help and support in any situation. Their energy and sincere desire to help inspire everyone who encounters them.

It is nice to see how Izum Youth Club always actively participates in such events, makes them bright, heartfelt and memorable. With partners like Izum, you can be sure that each event will bring warmth and joy to those who especially need it.
